About Us
The company
The founders of Valticate founded the company after realizing there had to be a better approach to safeguard customers and users of online tools against fraud and other nefarious activities. They realized that a step-by-step strategy is needed and that a perfect answer isn’t always necessary. Thus, obtaining an increasing number of data points to validate and authenticate digital users (a process we refer to as Valticate) was essential to the success of any company’s services. Therefore, working mainly with other Telecommunications and other service providers, we created a local ecosystem.
The company’s founders also decided that no customer or other person’s data will ever be kept on file. As a result, they created an innovative data matching (or validation) service that aids merchants of all kinds in obtaining improved information regarding the transaction originator. These data elements assist our customers in establishing a risk score and profile, enabling improved customer service, better provisioning of credit or digital services, reduced levels of bad debt, and significantly lower levels of fraud (socially engineered or other).
